Return & Refund Policy

At GreenBay Market Uganda, we value customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of the products we offer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

• The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be in new and unused condition.

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, damage, alteration, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please ensure that the product is securely packed in its original packaging before returning it.

3. Return and Exchange Method

Returns and exchanges are processed through our designated return locations or courier arrangements.

Customers should contact the GreenBay Market support team before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Depending on your location, we may arrange:

• Return pickup; or

• Drop-off at a designated location or courier partner.

Please do not send items back without first contacting our support team.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, GreenBay Market will review the case and provide appropriate return instructions.

For non-defective returns, a return shipping or collection fee may apply.

Our customer support team will advise you of any applicable return charges before the return is arranged.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item for another size, color, model, or available alternative, please follow the same return process.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange subject to product availability.

You will be notified once your exchange has been approved and processed.

6. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will generally be processed within 7 business days.

For payments originally made through Mobile Money, including services such as MTN MoMo or Airtel Money, approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.

Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Where possible, refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If this is not possible, our support team will contact you regarding an appropriate alternative refund method.
